For our international marketing department located in the NTRglobal headquarters in Barcelona we are looking for an ambitious online direct marketer to be responsible for developing and executing demand generation campaigns to drive new leads to our products as well as programs to nurture existing prospects and retain our customers. The online marketing and lead generation manager will develop integrated online marketing programs designed to drive traffic, leads, high response rates and quality opportunity conversions.
Key Responsibilities - Develop, execute and optimize online customer acquisition and retention plan designed to maximize web site traffic, lead generation, order conversion and customer retention including PPC, affiliate, partnership marketing/content integration, e-mail marketing and SEO. o Direct Management of the SEO and SEM programs o Database Management strategy o Develop and execute traditional and innovative online marketing activities/programs (webcasts, viral marketing....) o Develop and execute programs to represent us and our products in blogs, newsgroups, feeds and forums. - Analyze and report on campaign performance and user behaviour; provide recommendations and strategies for continued improvement. - Refine and develop improved business processes to increase lead conversion to sales.. - Management of two online marketing/e-mail marketing specialists (EMEA and NA)
Minimum Job Qualifications - 5+ year experience in direct marketing with responsibility for driving end executing strategies and plans, measuring and reporting success - B2B technology background or proven experience in successful e-commerce start ups. - Proven experience in lead generation, online marketing, search engine marketing and optimization including coordination on an international level (Global experience required) - Proven experience implementing new online channels and lead generation opportunities - Proven track of building a successful online marketing organization and practice that has been a reference in the industry - Excellent analytical, organizational, project management and time management skills. - Ability to manage and multi-task in a face-paced, high-growth environment. - Flexibility and can-do attitude to manage unexpected situations successfully. - Strong written communication skills and enthusiasm for the internet and latest online marketing trends are a must. - Languages: English (business fluent); other language skills are highly appreciated.
